Refund policy

We will accept returns and exchanges if it is due to our cause such as defects or defects in the product. (Only if there is a tracking information label at the time of product tag and delivery.) )

Please contact us within 7 days (refund and exchange expiration date) after arrival of the product.

* In the case of initial defects, we will basically replace it. Refunds will only be issued if the product is not in stock.

When returning or exchanging, we will return the main unit and all tags and accessories.
If the tracking information label, tag, and accessories at the time of delivery are removed or not, we will not be able to return or exchange it.

In addition, if you do not receive it due to long-term absence, you will be refunded the amount after 1,540 yen (tax included) of the round-trip postage. Please understand in advance.
