Return Conditions
At Nanafu, if the following return conditions are met,
we accept size exchanges and returns cash on delivery.
Worn only indoors
for a short period
We ask that you only try on items in your home. Items worn outdoors are not eligible for return. Extended try-on periods may be considered usage and may not be returnable. ※Within 15 days of product shipment
Returned in the same condition
as delivered
If the tag attached at the time of delivery is cut off, or if the plastic bag or box in which the product was contained is lost, returns will not be accepted.
Tried on without direct contact
with the skin
Please try on with underwear or by holding the item over your clothes. Please be careful of perfume scents and makeup transfer. If dirt or odors are found during inspection, you may be charged the full price for the item.

- When using the try-on service, payment will be processed at the full selling price, but a refund will be promptly processed after the return is confirmed.
- Number of items per try-on service use: up to 3 items
※Up to 2 yukata and haori each. - Please return the product (including cosmetic box, warranty card, accessories, etc.) and delivery note in a shipping cardboard box.
※If the shipping label is directly affixed to the cosmetic box, returns will not be accepted. - This service is only available for orders paid by credit card.
For customers who want to try on 4-5 items at once to check sizes and colors,
we offer a try-on additional option (+1,000 yen).
