*The at-home try-on service is only available within Japan.

Flow from ordering to purchasing

Order your items as usual

(No special application required)

Try it on at home

Try-on period: 15 days from the date of delivery

If you purchase it, you can keep it on hand.

If you wish to return an item, please complete the return form.

Please apply for a return via the URL below during the trial period. Click here for the return form.

*1 When shipping the product, we will include a sheet with instructions on how to try on and return the product.

 *2 When trying on an item, payment will be initially made at the retail price, but we will promptly process a refund after the item has been returned and inspected.

Return Policy

Nanafu accepts returns if the following conditions are met:
We accept size exchanges and returns with cash on delivery .

1 Wear only in the room
It is a short period of time

Please try on the item only at home. Wearing it outside will not be eligible for a return. * Trying it on for an extended period of time may be considered used and may result in a refusal to return the item.

* Within 15 days after product shipment

2 In the same condition as when delivered
To return

Returns are not accepted if the tags attached at the time of delivery have been removed or if the plastic bag or box that the product came in has been lost.

3. Avoid direct contact with the skin
Trying things on

Please try it on while wearing underwear or holding it over your skin. Be careful of perfume or makeup transferring to the product. If stains or odors are found during inspection, you may be asked to purchase the product at actual cost.

・When trying on an item, payment will be made at the retail price.
We will process the refund promptly after confirming the return.

・Number of items that can be tried on at one time: *Up to 3 items.

*Up to two yukatas and two haori coats each.

Other return conditions

- * Please return the product (including the packaging, warranty card, accessories, etc.) and the delivery note in a cardboard box or similar container.
If you return the product by attaching the shipping label directly to the packaging, it will not be accepted for return.

- This campaign is only available for orders paid by credit card.
