Flow from ordering to purchasing

Order your item as normal

(No special application required)

Try it on at home

Try-on period: 15 days from delivery

If you purchase it, you can keep it on hand.

If you wish to return an item, please complete the return form.

Please apply for a return during the fitting period via the following URL. Return form is here.

*1 When shipping the product, we will include a sheet with instructions on how to try on and return the product.

 *2 When trying on an item, payment will be initially made at the retail price, but a refund will be processed promptly after the item is returned and inspected.

Return Policy

Nanafu accepts returns if the following conditions are met:
We accept size exchanges and returns on a cash-on-delivery basis.

Wearing is limited to the room only.
It is a short period of time

Please try on the item only at home. Wearing it outside will not be eligible for return. * Trying on the item for an extended period of time may be considered as use and may not be eligible for return.

* Within 15 days after product shipment

2 In the same condition as when it was delivered
Returning goods

If the tag has been removed or the plastic bag or box the product came in is lost, the product will not be refunded.

3.Do not touch the skin directly.
Trying things on

Please try it on while wearing underwear or covering the product. Please be careful of perfume or makeup transfer. If there is any dirt or odor during inspection, you may be asked to purchase the product at actual cost.

When trying on an item, payment will be made at the retail price.
We will process the refund promptly after confirming the return.

・Number of items you can try on at one time: *Up to 3 items.

*Up to two yukatas and two haori coats each.

Other return conditions

- * Please return the product (including the packaging, warranty, accessories, etc.) and the invoice in a shipping box or similar.
If you return the product by attaching the shipping label directly to the packaging, it will not be accepted for return.

- This campaign only applies to orders paid by credit card.
