On Saturday, January 20th, we will be holding a special New Year's event, "First Fragrances," at a location in Tokyo.
With the hope of making 2024 a wonderful year, you can experience making your own original incense by blending your favorite scents.
At this event, you can wear yukata loungewear and create your own original incense by blending your own scent. This workshop offers a time for inner exploration and healing through scent, and will deliver a comfortable moment to you.
We look forward to spending a heartwarming time with you all. We also have a rental service for those who do not have yukata loungewear or outer obi, so please feel free to use it.

[Schedule for the day]
1. Explanation of the event and self-introduction, brief explanation of incense making method (20 minutes)
2. Incense making experience (40 minutes)
Choose from nine different fragrance ingredients a scent that relaxes you or that goes well with you, and create your own original incense for two weeks.
3. Roundtable discussion (30 minutes)
We will have time to deepen interactions between participants through short conversations about emotions, scents, and tips for spending your days in a more comfortable mood.

Hiroaki Sugiyama (TOTONOE Lab)
He worked as a recruitment consultant at Persol Career Co., Ltd. (formerly Intelligence), and provided counseling to over 500 job seekers per year. After that, he became self-employed and provided external counseling and coaching. He has supported a total of 13 companies, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises with 50 employees or less and annual sales of less than 300 million yen. He currently implements team building programs using the 2D metaverse tool "Gather," which originated in Silicon Valley, fosters psychological safety in organizations, and also provides counseling and healing services for individuals.
